If your package was marked as delivered but you can’t find it, please verify that the address you provided at checkout was correct. If you live in an apartment complex, please check the front desk or lobby as sometimes packages are delivered there. In some cases, you can find your package at your local post office. Although we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, please email us with your order number if you believe your package is gone, and we will do our best to help you.
